Morocco will reopen its airspace on  February 7, 2022

n a press release issued on January 27, the government announced that “on the basis of legal requirements linked to the state of health emergency and in accordance with the recommendations of the Scientific and Technical Committee responsible for monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus, Morocco will reopen its airspace on 7 February.

This decision is also motivated by the “evolution of the epidemiological situation” in the Kingdom. This means that flights to and from Morocco will again be able to operate normally in Moroccan airspace. To accompany this process, a technical committee will be responsible for putting in place “the measures and procedures to be taken at the border posts”. The government also reminds citizens to take precautionary measures and follow public guidelines to avoid transmission of Covid.
